Wardrobe quality

In general we can say - Quality is build-in, because this is how we work.
Our products are designed in-house to ensure that design, materials and flexibility work together to produce the best possible product.

The Aluminium Framework
We use only aluminium framework, this is the ideal material for sliding doors.
You will find sliding door system made with
roller-shaped steel profiles. We have chosen not to work with these materials, simply because they do not live up to our standards of rigidity,
finish and design.
Our framework is constructed so divider profiles are part of the construction (not just decorative), and for this reason we can make doors as wide as 2190mm.
Because of the aluminium side profiles rigidity standard height is up 2700 mm, but for some types we can go as high as 3300 mm.

The Guide System

One of the most important points of sliding doors is the quality of the guide system.

An anti-jump spring is incorporated in the wheel, designed to ensure doors do not de-rail.

When the doors move so lightly a stop-system is needed to keep them in place.
Adjustable stops comes as standard to keep in place when closed.

Our doors will slide soundless and with an absolute minimum of effort to open and close them. This is possible because we use ball bearing wheels only. 2 primary bottom wheels carry the weight to the floor, and 4 wheels guide the door in the ceiling track.

For absolute perfection add SOFTclose to your doors, speed is automatically reduced and the door closes slowly, see the video - we think it speaks for it self.
Our guide system comes with a 10 year guarantee.

Interior system
ORGANIZEit© is designed to match the design and quality of the sliding door systems.
Shelf support brackets are with build-in anti-tilt design, even though it is mounted onto a narrow upright.
Hanging rails have an internal fitting, this makes the design clean and simple, but also makes it possible to shorten the hanging rail if needed, the internal fixture can simply be moved to fit the new length.
The fixture is also designed so one end of the rail can be fixed to a side wall, and the other end fixed to an upright.

This feature can optimise the cost and maximize your space.
The system is fixed to the ceiling or the back wall depending of which type of upright you choose. Alternatively the system can be fixed to the back wall with small brackets hidden under shelves at 2 or 3 points.
Thanks to the unique fixture design for rails and shelf supports with screw and rectangular nut, all components of the system can be moved to a new place at any time.
